The ARF is part of a successful bid to Defra's Climate Challenge Fund to help make farmers and land managers aware of measures to reduce climate change and its potential effects. 

The project, led by Forum for the Future and run in partnership with the NFU and ARF, will point farmers in the direction of existing regional activities, information sources, expert advice and services that are available, rather than seeking to replicate information. It also aims to highlight practical examples of what farmers are already doing and the benefits that they are experiencing.
